How do I get started with Aktify? +
Download Aktify from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro. Sign in with your Apple ID and your data will sync automatically via iCloud. You can start a focus session right away — just tap the Swirl to begin.
How does subscription and billing work? +
Aktify uses App Store subscriptions managed entirely through Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. We never process payments directly.
My data isn't syncing between devices. What should I do? +
Aktify syncs via iCloud (CloudKit). Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices, that iCloud is enabled for Aktify in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud, and that you have a stable internet connection. Restarting the app can also help.
How do I set up Aktify on Apple Vision Pro? +
Install Aktify from the App Store on your Vision Pro. The app is built natively for visionOS — your data will sync automatically from your other devices. Use the pinch gesture to interact with the Swirl and place focus spaces anywhere in your room.
Can I delete my account and data? +
Since all your data lives in your personal iCloud account, you have full control. You can delete all Aktify data by removing the app, which clears local data, and then clearing Aktify's iCloud storage in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage. Mysticbits Oü never stores your data on our servers.
How do I request a feature or report a bug? +
We'd love to hear from you! Send us an email at support@aktifyapp.com with your idea or a description of the issue. Including screenshots or screen recordings helps us investigate bugs faster.
Which devices and OS versions does Aktify support? +
Aktify supports iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 17+), and Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 1.0+). We always recommend running the latest OS version for the best experience.
Is my data private? +
Absolutely. Aktify uses Apple's CloudKit for sync, which means your data lives in your personal iCloud account — encrypted and private. Mysticbits Oü never has access to your data. We can't see it, sell it, or share it.
